Grangemouth on the Firth of Forth is an eye sore, pumping out who knows what from its towering chimneys and is as I write this faced with closure which for all the thousands of workers and others that rely on it for their income is a disaster. However to lose this from the surrounding countryside is a blessing I am sure. That all said there is a strange beauty to it when taken in isolation and it was that that attracted me.
